This is one of the most requested sweet treats in our house that my kids go crazy for: whipped peanut butter yogurt dip! This whipped peanut butter Greek yogurt dip is a family favorite sweet & healthier snack that we all enjoy! Creamy, delicious and can be served with lots of healthy dipping options!
“Mom, I’m hungry!” Anyone else hear that phrase at least 10 times a day? 🤪 Snacking is a constant in our house so having lots of healthy options is a must. This peanut butter yogurt dip is one that I’ve started to make weekly after the kids (and parents too) fell in love with it!
Whipped peanut butter yogurt dip is ridiculously easy to make and made with ingredients that you likely already have in your fridge and pantry. Not only is it delicious, but it’s a healthy snack option that is perfect for dipping fruit, salty pretzels and graham crackers! I love to whip up a batch of this at the beginning of the week for quick snacking all week long (you might as well double the recipe because it’s going to be a hit).
This creamy and delicious dip can be made in just 5 minutes! Creamy yogurt is one of my favorite hacks for healthier dips. Not only are they usually lower in fat, but they offer a quick boost of protein and calcium too. This dip is packed with peanut butter goodness and has no refined sugar added. If you’re vegan, you can substitute maple syrup for the honey without any issue.
I love slicing up a ton of apples for the family, adding a handful of salty pretzels (that sweet and salty combo is the best) and add a few graham crackers to a try with a big bowl of this dip with my kiddos at the end of the day! Whether we’re after-school snacking or having a movie night, they clear the plate in record time every single time!
Add all ingredients to bowl and mix well.
Using a hand mixer allows the dip to have a more whipped texture. No hand mixer, no problem – the dip will still be delicious!
