Classic jump rope songs never get old. We are sharing this awesome list of jump rope rhymes to bring back memories and teach to your kids!

Jump rope songs have been around forever I mean think back to how much fun it was jump rope while all your friends are singing fun jump rope songs to you! I have loved being a mom to a kindergartener this year! We have been learning so many new music games, educational games like garbage and so much more. But one of our favorite things has definitely been learning how to jump rope and all the fun jump rope songs that go with it!

Jump rope songs usually start with some sort of fun rhyme and if you are able to master jump roping through that then the counting begins for every jump you take they count another number. Of course, you wanted to last longer than all your friends.

So to bring the old school games back, we are sharing some of the very best jump rope songs that kids love!

How many doctors

Did it take?”

And kicked him down the stairs.

Five Little Monkeys

We all know and love 5 Littles Monkeys and it is equally as cute singing it as you jump rope.

Five little monkeys jumping on the bed,

One fell off and bumped his head,

Mama called the doctor and the doctor said,

‘No more monkeys jumping on the bed.’

Four little monkeys jumping on the bed,

One fell off and bumped his head,

Mama called the doctor and the doctor said,

‘No more monkeys jumping on the bed.’

Three little monkeys jumping on the bed,

One fell off and bumped his head,

Mama called the doctor and the doctor said,

‘No more monkeys jumping on the bed.’

Two little monkeys jumping on the bed,

One fell off and bumped his head,

Mama called the doctor and the doctor said,

‘No more monkeys jumping on the bed.’

One little monkey jumping on the bed,

One fell off and bumped his head,

Mama called the doctor and the doctor said,

If you wanted a jump rope song that was going to last a long time then you definitely wanted to pick I had a little puppy.

His name was Tiny Tim.

I put him in the bathtub,

To see if he could swim.

He drank up all the water.

He ate the bar of soap.

The next thing you know,

He had a bubble in his throat.

In came the doctor (person jumps in with you)

In came the nurse (another person jumps in)

In came the lady with the alligator purse (another person jumps in)

Out went the doctor (person jumps out)

Out went the nurse (person jumps out)

Out went the lady with the alligator purse (person jumps out).
